For UK or imported iPhones. If you are in the unfortunate position of having a battery that does not charge, or one with a short life, send it to us and we will replace it with a brand new one. Our service will ensure that your iPhone is fixed within 7-10 working days. We can repair your iPhone for much LESS than the factory charges for the same repair.

We can eliminate the following problems:

  • A non-charging battery

Our price includes:

  • Repair and despatch within 5-7 working days of receipt.
  • Labour to install NEW battery.
  • Replacement battery (long life)
  • 90 day warrantee on parts and labour.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

  • Data from your iPhone may be removed, so ensure that you have backed it up.  We are not liable for any music lost from your iPhone.  All iPhones that we repair are given "Warrantee Void if Removed" stickers.  If these are removed during the warrantee period, it will be voided.
  • The warrantee does not cover accidental damage caused to your iPhone that affect the parts repaired..
  • We will replace the internal battery. We we will not touch the exterior of the iPhone if it is cracked or damaged unless it has been booked in for a casing replacement.
  • Once we open your iPhone, your warrantee will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that it is the battery that is the problem and that you are happy for us to void your warrantee.
  • If it turns out that there is more wrong with your iPhone then just your battery, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your iPhone returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging and a handling charge of £10.
  • We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
  • We will insure all iPhones that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
  • Our repairs and screens are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired iPhone during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your iPhone to us for another repair. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
  • In the event that we can not repair your iPhone for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
  • Please note the we are not official Apple repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 3 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

Gold plating service

Assuming that your iphone is repairable, have your iphone bezel or apple logo plated with pure 24 carat gold. This is a truly luxurious and special way to customise your item so go and spoil yourself. This is a hard wearing gold with looks that will be an envy to anyone that sees it. See some photos of gold plated iphones here .We will gold plate the outer bezel and rear logo of your iphone without having to dismantle it, so your warrantee will not be affected. Please allow 5 working days for the gold plating service to be completed.

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

Courier pickup insurance level

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:

Courier pickup

Select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office.

1) Please package it securely for our courier driver. For consoles, please make sure they are well padded as we can not be held responsible for consoles damaged in transit due to poor packing.
2) Label the parcel clearly with our address details on the outside
3) Inside, include your order number and contact details.
4) Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time or weekend.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Do you need us to send you packaging?

If you have not selected a courier, we could post you some return packaging. You will need to post your unit back to us in that packaging, add stamps as necessary and post to us by which ever method you choose. You are responsible for all items sent to us in the post and any loss is your responsibility.
