If there is something wrong with your iPod and you would like to send it to us to take a look at it, we will give you a call back to advise whether it can be fixed and how much it will cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will send it back to you with no further commitment. All you pay is the postage back to you. If you wish to proceed with the repair, you can either pay up front or once the repair has been completed. And remember, no fix, no fee! All repairs and parts are guaranteed for 3 months.

All you need to do is add to your shopping and either send the iPod to us or ask us to send a courier by selecting the option from the pull-down menu below. Please include details of the problem with your iPod.

Please note, that if feel that you have previously attempted a repair on your iPod, you will be charged a £10 handling fee regardless of whether a repair has been carried out.

At the same time as sending us your item to repair, why not send us any faulty or unwanted mobile phones you have tucked away in your drawers (less than 3 years old please). We will give you money off your repair (up to the cost of the repair). Once received, we will get back to you with how much we can discount your repair for, when we have had a chance to look at the phone/s. It's simple, just scavenge round the house and put them in the package!! If you change your mind later, we will just send them back to you for no extra charge.

Courier pickup

Your confirmation email will include details of how to send your item to us. If you would like us to pick it up from you instead, select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Serial / IMEI number

Please enter the serial number or IMEI number of your device. You should find this on the back of your device in small writing. If it is an iphone 3G model, you will find this on your original box or in your settings:

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

Courier pickup insurance level

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:
