Our service will ensure that your iPod is fixed within 5-7 working days. We can repair your iPod for much LESS than the factory charges for the same repair. Please note the following important conditions of this service: - Music from your iPod may be removed, so ensure that you have backed it up. We are not liable for any music lost from your iPod. All iPods that we repair are given two "Warrantee Void if Removed" stickers. If one or both of these are removed during the warrantee period, it will be voided.
- The warrantee does not cover accidental damage caused to your iPod that affect the parts repaired.
- Once we open your iPod, your warrantee will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that it is the battery that is the problem and that you are happy for us to void your warrantee.
- We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
- We will insure all iPods that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
- Our repairs and batteries are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired iPod during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your iPod to us for re-fitting. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
- In the event that we can not carry out the repair to your iPod for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
- Please note the we are not official Apple repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.
