iPhone unlocking service
This service will take between 3 and 5 working days to complete and 1 to 2 days to return your phone to you. Unlocking your phone is a great solution that will enable you to use phones originally meant for one network, on any other. There are many benefits to unlocking your phone, including the ability to use your phone all over the world, increasing its value, and going over to a cheaper or preferred service provider tariff. If your mobile is tied into your network and you want to use it on another, then we can unlock it so you have complete freedom. If for ANY reason, your phone can't be unlocked, you will be refunded (not the postage). This is completely legal in the UK. Please be reminded that is an Unlock Service and not an Unblock service (phones that have been reported lost or stolen). - Unlocking is a process allowing mobile phone working on one network to accept SIM cards from different networks
- Unlocking does not remove network brandings like logos, but can result in all data on your iphone being erased, so ensure that all data is backed up before sending to us.
- We can only unlock phones that are working when we receive them
- We can unlock all iphones up to and including version 1.1.4'
- My phone is unlocked but asking for 'Pin Code' - 'Pin code' is a individual SIM card protection and is given with SIM card registration
- I want to unlock my phone and use it with '3' SIM card. This is not possible at the moment as the iphone is not a 3g compatible handset .
Please note the following important conditions of this service: - If it turns out that there is something wrong with your phone and that unlocking is not going to help, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your phone returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
- You are responsible for the transit of your phone to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
- We will insure all phones that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
- In the event that we can not unlock your phone for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
- Please note the we are not affiliated to any of the mobile phone manufacturers, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.
