If there is something wrong with your laptop and you would like to send it to us to take a look at it, we will give you a call back to advise whether it can be fixed and how much it will cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will send it back to you with no further commitment.
For a long time now Laptop / Notebook users have been unable to get faulty out of warranty units repaired because of long turn around times & high repair costs - this is now no longer the case. Our engineers will assess the work needed and give you a quotation all free of charge.
With over 22 years experience and fully trained engineers, we boast an extensive knowledge of repair laptops / notebooks down to COMPONENT LEVEL.
All you pay is the postage back to you, unless a handling fee applies, see below.
If we feel that your console warranty has been voided or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, or if we can not perform it. If you wish to proceed with the repair, you can either pay up front or once the repair has been completed. And remember, no fix, no fee! All repairs and parts are guaranteed for 3 months.
All you need to do is add to your shopping and either send the laptoplap to us or ask us to send a courier by selecting the option from the pull-down menu below. Please include details of the problem with your laptop. Appraisals and repairs are taking approx 10 working days at the present time.
