Please note the following important conditions of this service:
- Once we open your HTC, your warranty will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that it is the screen that is the problem and that you are happy for us to void your warranty. Broken screens are not covered by the manufacturers warranty anyhow, so this is not usually a problem.
- If it turns out that there is more wrong with your HTC then just your screen, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your HTC returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
- You are responsible for the transit of your HTC to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
- We will insure all HTCs that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you may be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
- Our repairs and screens are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired HTC during this period, you experience screen problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your HTC to us for another screen replacement. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
- In the event that we can not repair your HTC for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
