Xbox 360 repair appraisal If there is something wrong with your XBOX 360 and you would like to send it to us to take a look at it, we will give you a call back to advise whether it can be fixed and how much it will cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will send it back to you with no further commitment. All you pay is the postage back to you, unless a handling fee applies. If we feel that your console has been opened and any upgrades or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, or if we can not perform it. If you wish to proceed with the repair, you can either pay up front or once the repair has been completed. And remember, no fix, no fee! All repairs and parts are guaranteed for 3 months. All you need to do is add to your shopping and either send the XBOX to us or ask us to send a courier by selecting the option from the pull-down menu below. Please include details of the problem with your XBOX 360. Appraisals and repairs are taking approx 5 working days at the moment unless you choose the next day service.
