If there is something wrong with your Wii and you would like to send it to us to take a look at it, we will give you a call back to advise whether it can be fixed and how much it will cost. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will send it back to you with no further committment. All you pay is the postage back to you. If you wish to proceed with the repair, you can either pay up front or once the repair has been completed. And remember, no fix, no fee! All repairs and parts are guaranteed for 3 months.

All you need to do is add to your shopping and either send the Wii to us or ask us to send a courier by selecting the option from the pull-down menu below. Please include details of the problem with your Wii. Appraisals take approx 5-7 working days. If you give the go ahead for repair, this will usually occur within 24 hours.
