For UK or imported blackberry's. Our service will ensure that your blackberry is unlocked within 7 working days. We can fix you up for much LESS than the factory charges for repairs.

Our price includes:

• Unlocking and despatch within 7 working days of receipt.
• Labour to unlock blackberry.
• 90 day warrantee on work carried out.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

• If it turns out that there is more wrong with your blackberry then what it is booked in for, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your blackberry returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging, although there may be a £10 handling charge.
• You are responsible for the transit of your blackberry to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
• We will insure all blackberrys that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you may be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
• Our repairs and screens are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired blackberry during this period, you experience a problems with the work carried out, you can return your blackberry to us for another unlocking. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
• In the event that we can not unlock your blackberry for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging, although there may be a £10 handling charge for the engineers time.
• Please note the we are not official blackberry repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.
