Xbox 360 display problems collect, repair and return service
This is for the inclusive price for collection, repair and return of your XBOX console. If your Xbox is turning on ok, but you are not getting any display, or if your display is distorted, then it can often be repaired. Before booking in for repair, please ensure that your tv and the cables connecting to your tv are secure. We use the much admired ZT-7 reflow stations, equipment used by Nasa in the space industry. Our price includes: * Collection of your console by DHL courier.
* Labour to perform the repair.
* Exhaustive reflowing technique and reballing if necessary.
* Stability testing to ensure that repair is permanent.
* Return delivery by DHL courier
* Please note that this repair will take approx 10 working days to complete. Please see the following important conditions of this service:
* Once we open your Xbox, your warranty will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that you are happy for us to carry out the repair and that you are happy for us to void your warranty. If we feel that your console has been opened and any upgrades or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, of if we can not perform it.
* If it turns out that there is more wrong with your Xbox then just the display problem, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your Xbox returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging and the handling fee if applicable.
* We will insure all Xboxs that leave our premises, however it may not be for their full value. In the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
* Our repairs and parts are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired Xbox during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your Xbox to us for another repair.
* In the event that we can not repair your Xbox for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
