Xbox 360 DVD drive repair service

DVD Drive repair service. If your cd/dvd drive is not reading disks properly, you may need to have it repaired. We can repair any drive.



Our price includes:

* Any components needed to repair the drive.
* Labour to perform the repair.
* Testing of the repaired drive.

Please note the following important conditions of this service:

* You are responsible for the transit of your XBOX to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
* We will insure all XBOXs that leave our premises, however all claims are made on your behalf and we can not be held responsible for their full value. Lost items will result in us following the Royal Mail lost post procedure.

In some cases we may be unable to repair your current drive. It may be possible to replace the complete drive at extra cost. If we feel that your console has been opened and any upgrades or repairs performed prior to us receiving it, we will add a handling charge of £10 if you decide not to go ahead with the service, of if we can not perform it. Please note that XBOX repairs are taking approx 5 working days at the moment.

XBOX 360 slims can be repaired, however these are a litte bit more expensive. Please select your model type:

Courier pickup

Your confirmation email will include details of how to send your item to us. If you would like us to pick it up from you instead, select this option and we will arrange for your unit to be collected from your house or office (from the "delivery address" you give us).

Please choose your pickup date from the list below. Dates are available from tomorrow onwards (for repairs booked before 15:00 the previous day). Pick a day when someone will be there between 9 - 6. You can not specify a time.

Please note that if you are not there when the courier driver collects, you may be charged for another collection. Also, once we have booked the courier, you are not able to cancel or request a refund. Note: We are arranging the courier on your behalf. If there is any delay or loss as a result of the courier service, your console may be covered up to a value of £50. We will endeavour to process a claim on your behalf, however we can not compensate you prior to a successful claim.

Serial / IMEI number

Please enter the serial number or IMEI number of your device. You should find this on the back of your device in small writing. If it is an iphone 3G model, you will find this on your original box or in your settings:

Extended warranty

Your current repair comes with a 90 day parts and labour warranty. If you would like to extend this, please select from the list below. This shows the new total warranty period including the original 90 day period. The warranty covers only the fault or modification that we have carried out and not the whole unit, unless you have purchased the complete item from us. The warranty does not cover any physical damage. If we can not fix your item and have to process a refund, the warranty cost will not be refunded.

Courier pickup insurance level

If you have chosen for us to send a courier to pick up your item, the standard cover for loss or damage is £50. You can raise this level here:

Premium repair service

Our standard repairs are despatched in 3-5 working days, however if you need an urgent repair, with our premium service we can complete it in 1-3 working days. Do you want this premium service?
