If you are not hearing any sound from your PSP, it could be that the speakers have blown or malfunctioned. If one or both speakers are not working, send your PSP to us and we will replace them. Our service will ensure that your PSP is fixed within 3 working days. We can fix the problem for much LESS than the factory charges for a similar repair. We can eliminate the following problems: - Bad sound quality from one or both of your speakers.
- Blown speakers.
- Strange noises emitting from your speakers.
Our price includes: - Repair and despatch within 3 working days of receipt.
- Labour to install one or two of your speakers.
- Replacement speaker/s.
- 90 day warrantee on parts and labour.
Please note the following important conditions of this service: - Once we open your PSP, your warrantee will be automatically made VOID. So please ensure that it is the screen that is the problem and that you are happy for us to void your warrantee.
- If it turns out that there is more wrong with your PSP then just your speakers, then you will be contacted and given the option to have your PSP returned to you. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging (à €Ãƒ…¡ÃƒÆ’ƒÆ’‚ £5).
- You are responsible for the transit of your PSP to our premises. We can not be held responsible for any items lost in the post on the way to our premises.
- We will insure all PSPs that leave our premises for their full value, and in the event of postal problems you will be covered. Lost items will result in us following Royal Mails lost post procedure.
- Our repairs and parts are guaranteed for 90 days. If after receiving your repaired PSP during this period, you experience problems that are not deemed to have been caused due to physical damage, you can return your PSP to us for another repair. You will be responsible for postage costs to our premises.
- In the event that we can not repair your PSP for any reason, you will be contacted for further instructions. You will get a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.
- Please note the we are not official Sony PSP repair agents, but we do offer our own guarantees, so please be assured that your satisfaction is our priority.
